Breaking Barriers for a Better Community

Breaking Barriers for a Better Community (BBBC), formerly known as FACTS Impact, is a component fund of the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley that was created by a group of men interested in addressing local challenges through philanthropy. Members envision a strong local economy in which the working-age population experiences few barriers to employment and is well-positioned to fill available jobs.

Grants from the BBBC Fund support organizations working to remove employment barriers and build a skilled workforce in the greater Wheeling area.
