Liz Paulhus and Melissa Ceo

Liz Paulhus, a Wheeling native, will leverage nearly 20 years of work in the nonprofit, public policy, and research sectors to create and implement a comprehensive development strategy, including work with local nonprofits to create and grow agency funds. Paulhus’s past positions, including her time as Executive Director of Catholic Charities of Southern Colorado and COO at Youth Services System, echo her dedication to community development and to strategies that help individuals and families thrive and achieve their full potential.

Also hailing from Wheeling, Melissa Ceo will amplify CFOV’s voice and community engagement as the Director of Communications and Community Outreach. With over ten years in communications and marketing, most recently at C. A. House Music where she rose from Marketing Director to COO, Ceo has consistently demonstrated adeptness in brand engagement and strategic development.

Susie Nelson, the executive director of CFOV, remarked, “The addition of Liz and Melissa to our team reaffirms our unwavering commitment to the Upper Ohio Valley. Their combined expertise will undeniably further our mission of initiating meaningful charitable actions and fostering thoughtful community leadership.”
